TrueTracker® Active Implement Steering System
The Trimble TrueTracker™ system is an active implement guidance system that keeps your tractor and implement on the same
guidance line. When the implement drifts, the Autopilot automated steering system signals your implement to independently adjust its
position to follow the correct path. The position is communicated between a second built-in receiver in the fmX integrated display in
your tractor and a Navcontroller ii and gNSS antenna mounted on the implement—allowing the implement to correct itself without any
compensation from the tractor.
The Trimble® AgGPS® TrueTracker™ system includes a GPS receiver and T3™ terrain compensation technology mounted on the implement.
The AgGPS FmX™ integrated display in the tractor communicates guidance information to the TrueTracker system, instantly adjusting
implements such as tillage tools, strip tillers, drills and planters, cultivators, sprayers and harvesters to follow directly in the path of the tractor.
Keeps implements on a repeatable path, even on extremely sloped fields and variable soils
With repeatable accuracy the TrueTracker system improves seedbed and nutrient placement helping to enhance crop stands and yields.
TrueTracker® - Active Implement Steering System Benifits:
reduces uncontrolled drift of the implement by more than 50% over guiding the tractor alone
best-suited for broadacre crop applications
low-cost solution with no need to add additional hardware to the implement
ideal for controlling implements where multi-pass repeatability is not required
Steering Devise Unit- The AgGPS TrueTracker implement steering system consists of an
implement mounted GPS receiver, NavController II and hydraulic platform kit that work with any implement that can be mechanically steered.
This includes potato equipment, planters, strip tillage rigs, and 3-point mounted equipment. Supplemental systems such as the Orthman® Tracker IV
or Sunco Acura Trak can be added to most implements making them controllable with the TrueTracker system.
The Steering Controller - The AgGPS NavController II sends T3 terrain compensated
corrections and precise steering instructions to the implement by using guidance information from the FmX display and Centerpoint RTK, Centerpoint
VRS, Centerpoint RTX, and OmniStar positions from the GNSS Ag 25 receiver mounted on the implement.
The Receiver - The Second Internal FmX GPS receiver mounts on the implement and
coupled with the implement's NavController II; provides one inch pass-to-pass and year-to-year position accuracy on the implement. Because these
2 Receivers are internal they share the Subscription so you would only require 1 Subscription and 1 Radio to connect and communicate with any of
these Correction Sources not 2.
