DIGITAL MARKETING, E-COMMERCE & CRM MANAGER

Overview

We’re seeking a multi-talented creative and strategic professional to oversee GPS Ontario’s marketing, e-commerce platform, website, and CRM/ERP integration. This role blends design and content creation with the operational management of our digital sales and customer engagement platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our brand presence is impactful, our e-shop is up-to-date and profitable, and our ERP/CRM systems are optimized for sales and service workflows.

Key Duties

E-Shop & Website Management

- Maintain, update, and optimize GPS Ontario’s e-commerce store with accurate product information, images, pricing, and promotions.

- Ensure seamless customer purchase experiences with clear navigation, mobile optimization, and secure checkout.

- Manage website content updates, product launches, blog/news posts, and event promotions.

- Track and analyze site analytics to improve traffic, conversion rates, and user experience.

Marketing & Design

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, trade show promotion).

- Design promotional materials (graphics, brochures, banners, social ads) aligned with GPS Ontario’s branding.

- Produce video content (product features, demos, customer stories, event coverage) for online channels.

- Manage social media presence and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Oversee SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and sales.

ERP/CRM Management

- Oversee day-to-day use of Odoo ERP/CRM to ensure accurate customer records, sales pipeline tracking, and service follow-ups.

- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure workflows are documented and optimized.

- Generate reports and dashboards for management to track marketing ROI, sales performance, and customer engagement.

- Coordinate integration between the e-shop, CRM, and inventory systems to ensure consistent data.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or CRM/ERP management.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent) and web CMS systems (WordPress or similar).

- Experience with ERP/CRM software (Odoo preferred) for sales and customer management.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data to guide decisions.

- Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives at once.

Nice-to-Haves

- Background in agriculture, precision farming, or equipment sales marketing.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development.

- Familiarity with product photography, videography, and drone imaging.

Work Environment
